I purchased Standard Wellness Test. Excellent and fast service. My results were ready on the next day after collecting the blood. I thought levels of ferritin, iron, B12, B9 will be showed in this test as well. But no. Big disappointment for me.

Easy process with lab testing API the gentleman was very nice when called only thing I would say is make sure that your doctor order confirmation is sent to you and that it is at the lab it sucks when you're fasting and now you have to wait 30 minutes for it to be done when you thought it was already done

Buyer Beware: Purchased lab test and scheduled it with a local lab online. When I to the lab they showed no record of an appointment. I called Personal lab API and was informed they have not been affiliated with Groupon for over a year!

Hi Andrea I am sorry you are confused in regards to the process. Once you purchase your Groupon you must follow their instructions and redeem your voucher on our website so that we can create your lab order. Quest Diagnostics or no other lab will take a groupon voucher. They need a doctor approved lab order which is what we provide you once you provide us with your Groupon Voucher code. I had some difficulty scheduling my appointment (when I specified 7:15 AM, the website page was giving me 10:15 AM). I sent an email to their contact us site, and they promptly got back to me and worked with me to schedule the appointment. Easy check-in, and the flebotomist was personable and excellent. Lab test results were available in less than a week.

This was a great Groupon and an excellent company to deal with. I purchased both the Complete Wellness Test and Hormone Testing. I reached out to their support and was put in contact with Michelle who was beyond incredible. She was able to put both tests on the same order for me and add some additional tests that I was looking for. Michelle was a true Allstar. Scheduling my appointment was super easy and I was able to do that online via the portal. When I needed to change my appointment, I did that without issue online too. At my appointment, I was greeted and treated instantly. I received my results via email in less than 48 hours. This is the future of medicine and it is looking bright! Highly recommended!

Redeemed order and assumed I could use it as soon as I redeemed but that's not the case. The fine print indicates they have to "process" the voucher and send an official lab order. It's been 5 days and nothing yet. Their toll-free number goes right to a recording saying they're closed, but their website states their offices are open. I've tried for several days, and get the same message.

I still have not been able to get my test done. It appears that API has not communicated with Quest Diagnostics (testing lab) and therefore I cannot use my purchased Groupon!

Quest Diagnostics honored the voucher easily online, scheduled appointment, arrived a little early, checked in at the kiosk with phone scan. I was shown on a white board my wait was appx.2 minutes, greeted by friendly tech who made all of the draws and was on my way in less than 10 minutes.

Their labtestingAPI.com site is corrupted with AD malware and layover ADs. Be very careful going on this site. Make sure you have an updated Adware and malware blockers.

Scanned in upon entering the office, waited 15 minutes and was then admitted inside. An employee took my Lab order, processed it and 5 minutes later all the blood work was completed and I was done. No problems at all. The only minor issue was when i asked how will i receive the results the first employee gave me wrong information because he didn't know. A second employee overheard us and said that if the order was done online that i would receive an email with the results.

The staff was friendly and efficient. It was simple with a quick turnaround, electronic results 24 hours arrived a day sooner than advertised. It was exactly as I expected. There is still the red tape of any health care to navigate, but the office and company provided excellent service while very diligently following protocols.

This seemed like a good deal until I read the fine print on api's website. They made you agree to basically waive your rights to release your results to whom they choose. There is no way to opt out unless you write them and then it's still not guaranteed. This was a no go for me.

Very easy to set up appointment . They have YouTube video to avoid confusion. I was able to make an appointment the day of purchase and the lab orders were sent the next day. Just make your appointment for 48 hours after purchase (or later) to assure lab orders are entered before you get there . Was in and out of lab in 10 min. Very professional lab staff.

This experience did not start out well. At first, they could not find my appointment but they contacted someone (proably at their main office) an he took care of getting it all set up for me. Because of him I did not have to go home to my computer and start over again. As for the Lab it was neat and clean and the staff was very accomodating

They uploaded wrong results into my online portal. Customer service not existent. The only respond I get from them is the same email with the same respond that my results are ready and the link to the wrong result over and over again... terrible experience!!!

The Quest Lab experience was fine. Dealing with Groupon and API was not as pleasing. I haven’t bought a Groupon in years because this was also my past experience in redeeming. It’s not that difficult but they make it that way. Cheers!

I was disappointed by the process to get a voucher and when I called they could not hear me due to their system. It took over an hour to clear this situation up. I am hoping it will be easier for others. The gentleman who helped me on the phone was pleasant but could not help me to get my voucher for the lab.

This was a disaster. I need to speak with Groupon Mgt Staff. Quest @Dadeland plaza said they r not part of Groupon I showed them all offices are listed. Mgr called her mgr who knew nothing about Groupon. I spent several hrs @ that Quest 2 different times. Then had to call main office on phone toId go do bloodwork take dr orders & p.portal paper.they drew 6 vials blood.They would not take Groupon.

No issues with using this merchant. I walked in without an appt and was done with blood draw in about 15 min. The price I paid and ease of use makes it worth 5 starts. I will definitely use this lab testing service again. No need to see a Dr., just order the tests you want to have done yourself. Good to take your health into your own hands. Don't hesitate to use!

It was a great price and it was easy...I scheduled an appt online, was seen within 10 minutes of arriving, and got the results in a few days. My boyfriend was a walk-in and from the time we check in until we were walking out the door it took 1/2 hour, which to me is not bad at all. The tech that drew his blood is very good at what she does. My boyfriend did not even flinch, and his comment was, " the needle is in already, Wow your good at this."

The price was right, the office clean but the staff very unfriendly. Did not ask me if I fasted. Marked on the form under question, fasting, as unknown. Maybe if you had asked? I would do it again the for the info. Maybe try another Quest office.

Best spent money ever! Arrived at the full facility without an appointment, signed in, about 25 minutes later, the woman called me in, took blood and I gave her a urine sample. The phlebotomist was one of the best I've had, she needed no time searching for a vein and drew blood in one quick swoop! There were no hidden fees or funny business. I was in and out and one day later received my results!

The person kept telling me I couldn't get lab testing without a physcians referral. They had no idea what to do with the Group On. Then they told me, only my doctor could get the results....Dr GroupOn I guess.

Sorry for the misunderstanding. All our orders come with a lab order included from one of our physicians. You receive the results and can do whatever you wish with them. I had to redeem my voucher before this vendor disclosed that I was required to waive my HIPAA privacy rights. They upload your lab results to a doctors’ network where many more people can view it besides just your doctor. Fortunately, Groupon refunded the full cost in the form of Groupon Bucks.

So sorry that you were not happy with the Groupon. For us to be HIPAA compliant you do have to consent to working with LTA, and the ordering physician and those who work as part of the physicians team. The DXA scan was exactly as advertised - excellent, fast, easy! It's great that you can have the scan done, and get your results immediately in nice, complete report. Please do not waste your time or money on this terrible service. I felt scammed. Crucial blood markers were not even tested. Instead, many nonessential not even heard of markers were tested as well as quite a few showing n/a. I am shocked and disheartened that this service was even shared on Groupon.

This was the easiest company I ever dealt with when it came to the Groupon. I was having problems registering online for the test..right away I thought back to experiences with other companies and was worried. I contacted someone on the online chat and they were wonderful...so helpful...I cant even tell you how helpful. Within ten minutes, she had me signed up and all the details sent yo me! I think her name was Michelle....she didn't tell me on groyp chat but an email sent to me was from a Michelle so I hope I'm giving kudos to the right person ...she was magnifinient!! Contacting a lab and actually going to take the test was a breeze too...easy , no problems and I got it done the same day I had planned to. So if this is something you're thinking about doing, go ahead and get the test done!
